The world can feel heavy sometimes. Between the headlines, endless news cycles, and everyday stress, it’s easy to forget there’s still good happening all around us. That’s why I started this weekly series, Five Things You Need to Know Today: Good News to Brighten Your Day.

For this second installment, I went on the hunt myself (without the help of my bestie Chatty G this time 😘). Honestly, it was uplifting just to look for these stories, it reminded me to balance out all the negative with hope, kindness, and inspiration.
