There’s a New Domestic Goddess in Town (And It’s Me)
Meal Prep, But Make It Cute
I took a chance putting myself out there the other day when I posted the Blueberry Cottage Cheese Muffins on my story. The DMs were wild, I didn’t realize so many people wanted the recipe! What you didn’t know: that was actually my super-soft launch of disbih.com.
And yes, I’ve got more. My latest obsession? Meal prep jars. I’ve been seeing them all over TikTok, and it finally clicked: when I open my fridge, I always grab whatever’s easiest. If I’ve got pre-made healthy options ready to go, I eat better, get my protein in, and actually keep my energy up.
So when my cute AF jars arrived yesterday (after a Publix panic involving a lost wallet—don’t ask), I got right to work. First up: Greek Niçoise Salad Jars. This morning, I made Morning Sunshine Yogurt Parfaits and even sent the husband off to work with both.
Healthy + pretty = win.
Why Meal Prep in Jars?
- Saves time during the week
- Keeps you from grabbing junk (like that pint of ice cream)
- Helps you hit protein goals
- Looks Instagram-worthy in the fridge ✨
