Greek Niçoise Salad Jar Recipe

Greek Niçoise Salad Jar

We’re making 4 jars here. A fresh and protein-packed twist on the classic Niçoise salad, layered beautifully in a glass meal prep jar. Made with crisp romaine, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta, this easy Greek salad in a jar is perfect for healthy lunches or grab-and-go dinners. The homemade lemon-oregano dressing brings bold Mediterranean flavor while keeping things light. Prep ahead in under 20 minutes for a week of fridge-ready salads that actually stay fresh.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce cleaned & chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped (I used 8 Cherry Bombs, quartered)
  • ½ cucumber diced
  • ¼ red onion diced (optional—I skip raw onion)
  • 2 cans tuna fish
  • Feta cheese measure with your heart 💜
  • Kalamata olives snack while you prep
  • Missy’s Go-To Dressing:
  • Avocado oil or oil of choice
  • Red wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • Fresh oregano I always wanted to say this: from my garden, but store-bought is just fine
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: garlic

Instructions

  • You order the jars? They will be here tomorrow!
  • In each jar: add 1 Tbsp oil, juice of ½ lemon, herbs, 1 tsp Dijon, squeeze of honey, 1 Tbsp vinegar, salt + pepper. Stir.
  • Layer in order:
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Cucumber
  • Kalamata olives
  • Feta
  • Tuna
  • Lettuce (always on top so it doesn’t wilt!)

Notes

Seal, chill, and admire how damn cute these look.
Pro tip: take a picture before you dig in. These jars are too pretty not to share. xoMS
