Air Fryer Goat Cheese Balls (Sweet, Salty & Crispy Perfection)
Years ago, I was on Phish tour in LA, and as a die-hard Bravo fan, I had one mission: fried goat cheese balls at SUR from Vanderpump Rules. Yes, they were filming, yes I saw Brittany and Lisa, and yes, I still ended up outside with cold goat cheese balls that sucked.
Fast-forward to today: I had some leftover honey goat cheese from Trader Joe’s and decided to try making them in the air fryer. Spoiler alert: they were crispy, gooey perfection, and so easy! Take that, SUR.
