- 8 oz. soft goat cheese I used Trader Joe’s Honey Goat Cheese
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or Panko for extra crunch
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. parsley optional
Divide goat cheese into 24 pieces; roll into balls. Place on a plate and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Return to freezer (up to 12 hours) or proceed to cooking.
Spray air fryer basket with avocado oil. Place goat cheese balls inside, spray tops lightly.
Air fry at 390°F for 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle with salt, drizzle honey, garnish with parsley.
